Dental implants in Kovin, Serbia
Dental implants
A durable replacement for a missing tooth that puts no load on the teeth next to it.

A dental implant is a titanium screw placed in the jawbone, where it takes the place of the tooth root. A crown is fitted on top, so the new tooth looks and works like a natural one. Because the implant is anchored in the bone, the healthy teeth next to it are not ground down.
The first step is a detailed check-up and a 3D CBCT scan, which we take in our clinic. The scan shows the condition of the bone and lets us plan the implant position precisely.
How implant treatment works
- 01
Check-up and 3D scan
We assess the bone and gums and check whether an implant is right for you.
- 02
Planning and placement
The implant position is planned digitally, and placement is guided, under local anesthetic.
- 03
Healing
The implant fuses with the bone, usually in three to six months. If needed, you wear a temporary solution in the meantime.
- 04
Crown
After healing we take an impression or a digital scan and make a crown that restores function and a natural look.
Why patients choose an implant
An implant is not only about looks. It brings back stability, function and the feel of a natural tooth in everyday life.
- It does not rely on the teeth next to it
- You can chew and speak normally
- It does not come out or move
- It looks like a natural tooth
- It helps preserve the jawbone, because it acts like a tooth root
- It lasts for many years with good hygiene and regular check-ups
Implant solutions
One tooth
One implant with a crown on top. The most common solution when one tooth is missing.
Several teeth
A bridge supported by two or more implants, without grinding the teeth next to it.
Full arch (All-on-4 and All-on-6)
A fixed bridge on four or six implants. You get a temporary bridge within a few days of placement, healing takes about six months, and then the final bridge is made.
Denture on implants
A denture that rests on implants, so it stays stable and does not move.
Questions about implants
Does implant placement hurt?
Placement is done under local anesthetic, so you feel no pain during the procedure. Mild sensitivity for a few days afterwards is possible.
How long does the whole process take?
From placement to the final crown usually takes three to six months, the time the implant needs to fuse with the bone. The exact plan depends on your case.
What if I do not have enough bone?
The 3D scan shows that. Some cases need bone grafting before placement, and sometimes the implant can be placed with an adjusted plan. We discuss it at the check-up.
How long does an implant last?
With good hygiene and regular check-ups an implant can last for many years. The crown on the implant can be replaced if needed.
I live abroad. How many trips will I need?
Implant treatment has two stages, placement and then the crown after healing, so plan for at least two visits a few months apart. We agree on the schedule after the check-up and 3D scan.
How much does an implant cost?
The price depends on the number of implants and the type of work. After a check-up and an X-ray you get an exact plan and price before treatment starts.
